About Natalie
I’m a Registered Psychologist in Orange NSW with over 20 years of experience, and I feel genuinely privileged to support people through life’s challenges. I completed a Bachelor of Science (Psychology) degree at the University of Newcastle and a Diploma of Human Resource Management, and I’m a full member of the Australian Association of Psychologists Inc. (AAPI).
My early work in occupational rehabilitation and drug and alcohol counselling gave me a strong foundation in understanding the real-life impact of psychological distress. For the past 18 years, I’ve worked in private practice, supporting people across the lifespan.
These days, I focus on working with adolescents and adults. I provide therapy for a range of concerns including anxiety, depression, Post Traumatic Stress Disorder, grief and loss, chronic pain and life or work stress. I am particularly passionate about working with those who have endured trauma and also with women who have mental health concerns throughout perimenopause and menopause. What matters most in my work is creating a space where people feel safe, understood, and supported to move toward change.
I take a warm, collaborative, and trauma-informed approach. My practice is neuroaffirming and flexible, drawing on a range of evidence-based therapies including Cognitive Behaviour Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behaviour Therapy (DBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Schema Therapy, Interpersonal Therapy, Eye Movement Desensitisation Reprocessing (EMDR) and supportive counselling.
I am able to offer treatment under a Mental Health Treatment Plan (with referral from your GP), DVA, Private Health Insurance, NDIS (Plan or Self-Managed), Victims Services and some EAP programs. I also welcome privately funded sessions if you prefer.

My practice is based in a calm, private and comfortable space designed to help you feel at ease from the moment you arrive. The office is warm and welcoming, with a peaceful atmosphere that supports open conversation and reflection. This is a safe environment where you can feel relaxed and supported througout your therapy or counselling session.
